Event details

Denmark is a small country with a huge passion for design

Denmark is a small country, but it is among the first in modern interpretation of traditional cuisine.
Copenhagen has long been the center of the gastro-design universe, but what do we know about it?
We decided to discover for ourselves and for you the mystery of the Danish phenomenon, and create another platform for communication between professionals -Restors and Designers-as part of our gastro-design travel to Copenhagen.
So, in brief, what will happen:
Lecture part:
About trends in restaurant design, how to keep traditions, and using modern techniques you can create a timeless product tell Norm Architects and Space Copenhagen
Trends and the inner spirit of the Danish modern cuisine will be shared by Matthew Orlando (owner of the Amass restaurant), our gastronomic insider and renowned chef owner of the new restaurant NÆRVÆR -Y V E S L E L A Y, as well as the chefs and owners of the restaurants that we will meet as part of the trip
The mystery of Danish design will be revealed by our designer insider Karsten Keinike, who has been working for 17 years in PR and communication of Danish brands.
We will devote the whole day to this route:
Torvehallerne is the oldest market in Copenhagen,
Väkst / SP34 - design hotel and restaurant,
Magstræde is the oldest street in Copenhagen,
Showrooms: Norman Copenhagen Flagshipstore
Fritz Hansen, GUBI, & Tradition
Signed architecture: COBE, Black Diamond,
Opera House, Jewish Museum
And :
----- see the city from classical architecture to the hippie commune of Christiania
----- look at the countless shows of the rooms and galleries - that on the ear and not very
----- we will inspect the famous Radisson Blu Hotel and its legendary number 606
---- walk among the modern quarters, created by the architectural bureau of BIG
For one day we will go to Malmö or visit Copenhagen Cooking
This is not all (well, you know us !!!), and every step will be thought out, for which we need it.
